The challenge

In the context of limited brand-level news and media interest in Chenot, PRCO Studio were tasked with raising awareness and interest in their medi-spa programs and skincare products globally.

The approach

Partnered with Serena Williams to devise a post-Wimbledon retreat to Espace Chenot L’Albereta in Tuscany, for her to stay alongside her family. Curated an itinerary involving a personalised Chenot programme and follow-up skincare regime.

Serena was tasked with creating content throughout her time at Chenot, including three Instagram posts and videos (which she shared with her 10m followers), and conducted interviews with international publications promoting her experience and the Chenot Group’s skincare line.


The results

A major spike in global Google searches for Chenot occurred during Serena’s stay at L’Albereta, as well as a significant uplift in engagement and following across Chenot Group’s and L’Albereta’s channels.
